Hummus takes about 10 minutes to make, its a lot cheap than the store brought options & you can cut out all the additives.
Experiment with different flavors, we like to add feta & basil, sun dried tomatoes or caramelized onions.
- 1 tin chickpeas – drained & peeled
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth.
